Tourism Research

Research has always fascinated me. Why? Well, that is easy to explain. To rethink, improve, and shape reality, we first need to capture and understand reality. And this is what research is about.

My research focuses on sustainability in alpine tourism, destination communication as well as entrepreneurship and innovation in the hospitality sector. My studies have been published in internationally renowned journals, such as Journal of Travel Research, Journal of Destination Marketing & Management, Tourism Review or International Journal of Hospitality Management. 

I work as a reviewer for academic journals, such as Journal of Destination Marketing & Management, Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Management or Tourism Culture and Communication.
